Housing problem

The European governments should calculate the amount of public money that has been misused to bail out the banks in 2008 and onwards, and, taking into account this amount together with the relevant interests, expropriate all the houses that "belong" to the banks that are empty and being speculated with, which together could amount to the public money they owe. These houses should, then, be distributed to the people that have no roof or had been previously expropriated or had their rent obscenely raised by vultures, hedge funds.
